I am interested in taking some fencing lessons (well, actually, to begin during the summer - just as a sport) but I don't know how to convince my parents that it is worth starting. Any ideas?

I liked the match cuz i always believed that Maria most of the time wins matchs cuz her rivals are scared to death in facing her celebrity status & her beauty. They play flat against her of fear & complex factors & usually give her gift points.

I noticed that ONLY tennis players who came from poverty, hard working class make it as Champs. The rest who came from wealth or high class or very good income parents, never get to make it as Champs.
The Williams sisters, brought up in the hard street of the Getto. Maria, brought up to suffer as a poor child in Siberia & when she was brought by her father to Florida. Federer, from hard working mother in a pharmasutical company. On the other hand, Kim,Dementiva, Kutnetzova, Petrova, Ivanovici, Safina, etc. They all were raised by rich or wealthy parents & could never have the champ quality.
My point is, does hard life makes champions ? Have u noticed this too ?

Part 2 of SWINGING NECKBREAKER list of facts:

When Monty Brown debuted at WWE, he used the name "Marquis Cor Von", 1 week later he was renamed "Marcus Cor Von"

The last match of WWE Velocity was when Matt Hardy defeated Simon Dean

Angle has four brothers (one of whom, Eric, is also a wrestler) and a sister who died due to congenital heart complications. His father was killed in a construction accident when Angle was sixteen, and Angle dedicated both his career and his autobiography to him as a result. Angle claimed in an interview that, following the death of his father, he regarded his wrestling coach, David Schultz, as a paternal figure. While training Angle, Schultz was murdered in January 1996 by John Eleuthère du Pont, the sponsor of Schultz's team of Olympic prospectives.

Towards the end of the original ECW's run, Tommy Dreamer had started doing much of the booking duties along with Raven and Lance Storm

PLS TELL ME if u know these facts.Should I Do Part III???

I think Ronaldo ( Brazil) is an excellent player & he has overcome many medical conditions & he still has come out on top, in my opinion he is the best player in the world, I also like Cristiano Ronaldo & think that in time Cristiano may also be as good as the brazilian Ronaldo but i think the world will always praise & honour the brazilian Ronaldo. What do you guys think ?

the very people they make jokes about are held up as hereos here in america. virtual cave men performing violent acts on each other to entertain the white people in the stands with $100 tickets. Look at your O.J. Simpson! Quarterbacks are white. Look how Vick the quarterback has done. He sure can run. Football should be banned. Lets turn it off and not attend.

Detroit Red Wing fans were relentless on Cheveldae, even at home games. He received much of the blame when Detroit was ousted in the playoffs, especially against Toronto. Then when he left it made it look even worse because the Wings made the Cup Finals and later won two Cups shortly thereafter. Here is a partial entry from Wikipedia on the matter:
From the 1990-91 season to the 1992-93 season, Cheveldae was Detroit's starting goaltender. With Detroit not settling on a consistent backup, Cheveldae was Detroit's goaltending workhorse for those seasons, playing no less than 65 games in each those seasons and playing an astounding 72 games during the 1991-92 season, earning him the right to play in the 1992 NHL All-Star Game. While Cheveldae had success during the regular season, the team would never go deep into the playoffs during those seasons, leaving Cheveldae to be the scapegoat for Detroit's inability to succeed in the playoffs.

Was the blame fair or was he the local scapegoat?
