How is this guy going to help the Steelers?? They are a 3-4 defense and he only knows the 4-3. He is a first year def. coordinator. Seriously was this the best candidate the Steelers can get?? You cannot play a Tampa 2 defense with a 3-4. It just won't work!

In 1986, the Mets went to the World Series with a 24-man roster. Only 22 played (8 Pitchers, 1 Catcher, 7 Infielders, 6 Outfielders). Which 2 guys did not make it into any of the games?
I also took a look at the Playoffs for the same year, and the same 22 guys played.
My best guess is that the Mets would have had to have a backup for Gary Carter (possibly Hearn?) and another relief pitcher (possibly Myers?) but not certain.

i have changed my mind quite often this week. before last night i thought it would be orton or hbk. then after last night i thought it would be hbk for sure until this morning when everyone says taker will win cuz of the taker/batista match which does seem like a good matchup. but then i thought about it.........
----taker won't win the rumble BUT he will still face batista at the rumble i believe.
----after hbk cleared the ring last week, that pretty much shows that he WONT win the rumble although they are in his hometown ( thats the only thing thats throwing me off a bit there)
----edge has nothing to do with it and orton will probly eliminate him, dont know about the tag titles then......
----i think it will go down like this: orton will be eliminated but the refs wont see it somehow and michaels will then eliminate edge and he will then be thrown out by orton who comes back in ( i am a randy orton fan u can tell)
----just a note: i wonder what bret hart is thinking about hbk?

I found that my grappling has over the last year reached a higher level. Alot of the guys I train with I now can submit almost at will. I actually feel a little guilty if I submit them to much. I don't want to discourage them from training. Should I just stop going for submissions all together against less skilled opponents? I tried working off my back from the guard but even there I find it easy to hit a submission now. Of course when some of the higher ranking and strong guys show up I don't have this problem. I work with the toughest guys I can find but sometimes none of them show up on a given day. So what do you do when you have a less skilled opponent?
