When i do Tai Chi after about 10 minutes i start crying. Like total release. Happy crying. Sobbing.
I have this happen in class setting and it puts me off. I don't do classes no more.
Now i bought the video and want to try on my own. But the emotional release puts me off. It is very intense. Not sure how to deal with it either.
Where is the emotional release coming from?
Can anyone explain it from an energetics point of view please? Maybe if i can understand it becomes easier to deal with. Cheers :-)

The Pens are such a exciting team and are starting to play a full 60 minute hockey game. With the fire power they have and the ability to turn it on at any given minute who would be willing to face them in the 1st round? If the Pens lose in the first round the team that beats them might not be able to recover to play good in round two. I think they are dangerous and teams are hoping not to play them in the 1st round at least. Who else agrees and if you don't give a good reason why not?

It is weird actually if Wilt Chamberlain can score 100 without 3 point rule but with 3 point rule Kobe can only score 81.
Try to think of it a lot of bad shot happens cause of 3 point line cause players want to get more points. But what make 3 point line interesting is how hard and impossible that shot is in the clutch shot situations. Remember how Reggie Miller jump to the back just so he can get behind 3 point line to defeat the Knicks in the playoff and succeeded. But if it is abolish, the kind of heart pumping situation won't occur again as the is nothing to gain by shooting further outside.
Kind of makes you ponder. What do you think?

I had an argument with my husband, and he said Norwegian and Swedish where not as good as the Swiss and Austrians at winter olympics. Now where is there a website that lists all the winners though the years?

Swindon for example. It looks after last night that Shevchenko has finally found his level, he scored 2 against a league two team. Maybe he should be playing his football in that division? He cant prove him self in the premiership, so maybe a transfer to Swindon would get the best out of him.

Thoughts?

Eddie did not die of pain killers, drugs none of that; it was the past that caught up to him in the present. It was early in the morning when they had found him dead in the bathroom of the hotel he was staying in; and in fact one of the people that had found him was Chavo, his nephew.

But yeah, it wasn't drugs in the present time that had got him dead, it was the past. In the autopsy report, Vickie said that there was cancer in the heart, and apparently he had been in some bad shape for quite awhile.

SO THERE. Wrestlers are stereotyped too much whenever they pass away at some abnormal age, and at an abnormal time.

Eddie also was brushing his teeth whenever he had fell to the ground; his heart gave out on him I am guessing, and it is sad to see it that way that it had happened just like that, at the snap of the fingers.

Back in the late 80's or early 90's when I was living in the S.F. Bay Area (around the same era as American Gladiators), there was a show that pitted contestants against eachother in "realistic" staged confrontations where they would use their own specialized martial arts forms. One that is particularly on my mind was a Native American martial artist of some sort, however others were masters of everything from Karate to Ninjutsu. Plus, just for kicks, there would also be random ninjas tossed in here and there, etc., and the whole thing worked out as being a "ladder fight" where it would start off with say 4 conestants who would go through eliminations until one was declared champion for that show.

The real question though, was what was the show? I would love to try finding episodes of it, but I need a name to start with. I believe it was hosted/sponsored by the American Martial Arts Association, but I'm not 100% sure.

Why do goalies always fight each other instead of fighting with other players? Is it because of the pads they are wearing?
