No different. Cowher doesn't put up with T.O.'s brand of nonsense. Same with Andy Reid, as it turned out.

Probably the same way. He keeps getting a more respected coach at every stop (Mooch-Reid-Parcells) and nothing changes. I feel for the poor guy who gets the Cowboys job next year.
