What does hiring practices have to do with winning games? Its not like the bears had four take aways and zero give aways, and Peyton Manning had nothing to do with the biggest comeback in playoff history. Nooo, none of that, it was because the Colts and Da Bears had to interview a black coach.

Are you kidding?? In NO WAY was it the Only reason.....Da Bears ferocious depth and balanced overall play got them to where they are!! The Colts have one of the Best QBs in the league and a well balanced complete team. They both have excellent support Coach's in there respective areas.Lovie & Doungy being Black is only a tribute to their culture and a testiment to the ability they both have to drive a successful organization!!
