I think Bill was tired of coaching the first time he retired.When he took the Dallas job he had just gotten divorced and Jerry Jones made him a money offer he could not refuse.

Nobody runs Bill Parcels out of town! I doubt Bill is slightly afraid of TO. I think he is just tired of being a head coach, it's not the first time he has quit.
