As a Warriors fan, I'm happy with the deal. Jackson has proven himself to be an excellent player, and Harrington has really come into his own this season and is a constant scoring and rebounding threat. I know Jackson has some baggage, but I think he was vilified more than he deserved for his past actions.
The Warriors needed a change of pace, and I think the change of scenery will be good for Dunleavy and Murphy. Murphy seemed to have regressed since last season, and Dunleavy has been an underachiever since coming out of college. Hopefully they can both do better in Indiana.

The real key to this trade is Diogu. He is a pretty good prospect who has had to sit the bench in Golden State. The Warriors have turned down a lot of trade offers for him over the past year. I am betting that is who the Pacers were really after, and we won't know if it was a good trade or not for a couple of years.

Good deal for both teams...
Both the Pacers and Warriors needed to do something to shake-up their rosters. T.Murph and Dunleavy both needed a change of scene and I can see them having success in Indy. Harrington is probably the best player in the deal and it was rumoured that he wanted to play for GS before he was traded to the Pacers. S.Jackson also needed a change of teams and can be productive player when given the minutes

I love the trade for Indy.
Jackson is "thug" and no teams needs to deal with him. His basketball skills don't make up for the fact that he causes to many distractions.
T-Murph and Dunlev needed to get out of G.S. They are excellent players and should be able to help Indy out. They are unselfish and smart players.
