Read recently that more people hate Chelsea more than ever before.
Is it because we have loads of money or is it because you are just Jealous ? ( I was there when we were S**T 1973-1996 so I do remember the bad days )

Absolutely hate them as they are not a club that developes its youth while clubs like Arsenal, Middlesborough, Liverpool, Everton, Reading & Man United are just some of the clubs that simply command my respect as not only do they place a lot of faith in their youth policy, but they are showing some wonderful results in the tough Premier League as well. Obviously, this is down to the visionary beliefs of the respective clubs rather than the shortsightedness of the Chelsea owner that his roubles can win all the Cups in the world.

I'm an Arsenal supporter, But i have nothing agaisnt Chelsea at all. I mean any club with thier money would buy the most expensive players, so you can't slag them off for that and thats why the people that hate them do hate them.
I have respect for them, they play good football and don't have to play dirty to win.

It's nothing but jealousy... the country was used to both Arsenal and Man U so Chelsea came to disturb them that's what is annoying people around the country and remember it's only in England but around the world Chelsea is just growing and growing like you could not imagine.
I hope they win this Premiership again...

I salute you for being a long time Chelsea supporter. Seems most Chelsea fans are glory hunters who turn to whatever team seems to be winning.
But people hate Chelsea because they needed a rich Russian billionaire to be anything. They raid other teams for talent and officials, and their coach and some players are arrogant snobs.

The fact is Chealsea have the money in the world to buy anyone they want that makes them the hated team at the moment.
And the fact Chelsea have a cockey manager who never admits his players plays badly when they lose.
It's never Chelsea's fault......it's the other teams fault.
I personnaly don't hate them.

Why do people hate Chelsea. Ok we have a lot of money but so do Man Utd but no one fusses about them. Arsenal fans are just jealous.
No one was arguing when real madrid had a lot of money and were buying the top players in the world. But beacuse its Chelsea everyone has got to hate us.

Simple.
No-one has had to bother hating Chelsea before because there was no need as they didn't challenge for the title. Not for 50 years anyway. Then only Fulham hated them now everyone does because they are successful.
Next year Man Yoo will be hated more as they will probably be champs.
Next year i will still hate Arsenal.

I don't hate chelsea, its just that i dislike the way that you react when you lose, never admitting that you just played crap and always blaming it on someone or something else.
Mourinho doesn't help matters by moaning about his squad depth when at the start of the season when he signed ashley cole he claimed he now had cover for every position.

Chelsea a good team to many super stars to much money a crap manager need we say any more on the other side Birmingham city good team good manager hardly any money a all round battling team who will give a good battle to any team.

i love em too scottie...& like u i am past the 40 mark....we know wot its like to be loyal to the bitter end...we did have some good teams in the middle of the years u mention though...83/84 when we were magnificent in gaining promotion...even better 88/89 when promoted again & also 2 full members cup wins...who can ever forget that 5-4 in the final v man city
