I am a long distance cross country runner, my best times are:
3 miles: 19.20
2 miles: 12.00
1 mile: 5.57
If I want to improve my times and have just started swimming on a swim team will this help my endurance and running times? Also which is a better exercise that burns more calories and works more muscles?

... now, I realize that the pros can usually throw in the 90s...but how hard can an average Joe like me expect to be able to throw? 50 MPH? 60? I haven't tried it yet, and I'd be happy to tell you how well I did, but I would like some feedback first on how fast a non-athlete can be expected to throw...

Also, are these types of balls even accurate?

That Kevin Thorn and Mordecai is the same guy? I mean Mordecai was all about Christianity and fighting the devil(he was supposed to fight Taker coz he was gonna call taker satan's servant).
