Put your right hand behind your back and do everything with your left hand, including the little things such as picking up the ball and rebounding, this will help you get the feel with that hand better.
I used to do left hand lay-ups and free throws for 30 minutes before I even touched the ball with my right hand. I got so good going left, I was better that way for a while.

I'm a lefty and i couldn't shoot left handed layups or dribble left until 8th grade so font feel bad

I pretty much walked down the road and back dribbleing with my left hand, sometimes burst into speed sometimes slow walking (it really helps) and if you have a hoop at home just do fifty left layups in a row and count how many you make and now i'm the best at left handed layups on my team and i can dribble around the other team useing my left

My tip on left handed layups is to first get your "2 steps" down. So what i did was i didn't worry about dribbling, I just ran towards the hoop (traveling) and took one step with my left foot then one with my right and layed it in. After getting comfortable with this, add the dribble. As far as dribbling with your left hand, just practice. You aren't gonna see immediate results so just stick with it. Whenever you can choose which hand to dribble with(like when you are shooting around), use your left.

Just practice. Go outside with a basketball and just dribble with your left hand for like 10 minutes. As for left handed lay ups just practice with the correct form in practice and you will get better if you just practice it a lot.

Use your left hand and push up the ball, while jumping off of your RIGHT leg. this is very important that you do right leg on left layups and left leg on right layups. next, dribble dominantly (hard) with your left hand, and practice lots of crossovers. SHIFT YOUR WEIGHT.
