Mainly for fighting/combat scenarios. I noticed how muay thai fighters and other related martial artists can strike an opponent with such a devastating force with only their shin and sustain seemingly no damage to themselves, even when striking directly to the other person's leg (like kicking a tree!)

anyone know what steps i could take to reach such a level?

I mean after that kick off run back nothing went right for the Buckeyes... Rather boring game. I was highly pissed off. I mean the the gator kick the friggin doo-doo out of them... Boring game for a netural watcher...

As I see it the Big Ten beat out the SEC this year by a record of 3-1 ( only loss coming from the national championship game)

Michigan dominated Vandy
Penn St handed it to Tennessee
Wisconsin gave it to Arkansas

hmmm....just wondering what makes the SEC so great over the Big Ten

alrite im in 8th grade and i am a starter for the varsity basketball team. i play with the high school gurls and i am alot younger. so when i play basketball with ppl my age, i can drive, dish off all these good passes. but when i play with the varsity team i cant do any of that becuase i get scared and kinda nervous...got any tips?....
