I'm a West Virginia fan, but I can understand how the Ohio State fans feel.

I felt the same way when WVU lost to Louisville and South Florida.

It boils down to the fact that the polls and the predictions mean nothing. The only thing that counts is the game itself. I truly believe that the Ohio State football team thought they only had to show up... and the championship would be theirs.

Ohio State has a great football team. But last night, Florida was better... and is the National Champion.

First of all, I am an LSU fan and second an SEC fan. Some of you know that in the past I have been about as rude as you can be on here and not get reported, and I probably was reported a few times. But the National Championship game has been played already. Florida won. We don't need to keep running it in the ground. These girls and guys are just as proud of their team as you are of yours. If you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all.

Heres what happened. The Media made Florida very angry and all but assured OSU the victory. 2. Sorry big Ten fans tradition is killing ya. Your teams can play one creampuff team, but they really need to start playing higher level teams. until you decide to take a hit a few years and get better competition, OSU and Michigan will continue to dominate you guys and you will send average overhpyed teams to the games.
3. Media again . I bet a lot of the media folks went to a Big Ten school or were around them and thus were biased and thus ignored the fact that OSU played slow teams and non talented teams most of the time .
5. UNDERESTIMATION OF THE SEC nuff said big ten play the sec and lets see who comes out on top.
6.WHen the other side fat guys on defense can catch your qb who got you out of a lot of situtations, you were in trouble.
7. Ted Ginn Jr got hurt. this was most important.

8. They got a wake-up call on what real competition is about . FLORIDA had to play for the school and the pride of the conference.

They got worked, that's what happened. They were an over hyped over rated Little 10 team. God the Buckeyes are SOOOOOOOO sorry.
