You started the war of words by not giving Florida a chance in hell of winning. Alot of you said some amazingly stupid things about Florida, and none of you gave them any credit. They completly whipped your beloved NUTS, and you deserve every bit of hell you catch over it.

Who's the best NBA coach ever?
I personally feel Jackson gets a little too much credit as a coach yeah he's good but I think Riley is better. Jackson just has had Jordan and Pippen, and Shaq, and Kobe. Riley on the other hand has done a lot with teams that weren't stocked. Jordan probably would have won 6 rings with any good coach.
I also think Jackson has done a terrible job working out his team's chemistry problems by writing a book to capitalize on Kobe then turn around and coach him and now he's bashing Shaq too. It's like he thinks he's God because he coached Jordan. Not only that but why won't he let Kobe win the scoring race this year he always let Jordan. I don't like Jackson or how he coaches the Lakers and their winning record doesn't really impress me because they have the best player in the NBA, Odom, and the #1 Draft Pick. In fact I feel Riley could have done more with this team in the past 2 years. They should have been 50+ last season and 55-60+ this season.

Forget about the players accused of using steroids, I'm just talking about needing 75% to get in. Needing 5% to stay on in future ballots. "The holy experts", the baseball writers, doing the voting. What about letting former players, managers, owners, and such. Goose Gossage not getting again, nor Jack Morris, etc. Then let's not forget about Paul Ladewski, the writer from Daily Southtown, who submitted a blank hall of fame vote because he doesn't believe in letting ANY member receiving a unanimous vote. I'm not trying to make any one mad, it's just my opinion that baseball is screwed up in Every aspect of the game.

and here I was bragging yesterday and such. This is such a shame. To all my fellow Buckeye fans and family (I am from Ohio), this is truly a sad day, but Ohio is still the best!

To all the Florida fans and family, good job!

Mario Lemieux, Steve Yzerman and Wayne Gretzky are standing before God at the throne of Heaven. God looks at them and says: "Before granting any of you a place at my
side, I must first ask you what you believe in." Addressing Lemieux first He asks, "What do you believe?" Mario looks into God's eyes and states passionately, "I believe hockey to be the food of life. Nothing else brings such unbridled joy to so many people, from Moscow to the bright lights of New York...
I have devoted my life to bringing such joy to people who watch us play." God looks up and offers Mario the seat to his left.

He then turns to Yzerman, "And you Stevie Y. What do you believe?" Yzerman stands proud and firm, " I believe courage, honour and passion are the fundamentals to life and I've spent my whole playing a career that provides a living embodiment of these traits." God, moved by the passion of the speech offers Yzerman the seat to his right.

Tony was elected to the Hall of Fame today, garnering 532 votes from the 545 ballots that were cast. What I'd like to know is can we find out the names of the 13 idiots who left him off their ballot? Do these dirtbags know ANYTHING about baseball? I'd like to see them try and justify leaving this great player off their ballot. This happens every few years, when a trully great, no-brainer HOF player comes up for election. I mean, what more could the guy have done for the game? .338 lifetime average, multiple gold gloves, eight batting titles, over 300 stolen bases, and get this - only 434 STRIKEOUTS - IN 20 YEARS! There is a legitimate argument that Tony could be the very best hitter of all time. Anyone who makes his living in any way off the game of baseball and left Tony Gwynn off their ballot for the HOF should be canned!

Anyone have an alternative viewpoint to this?

I recently moved to a tiny studio in Manhattan - and there is no place to keep my bike. It's been sitting on the fire escape, and yesterday i noticed rust marks on the chain. I have to bring it indoors but the only space I have is on the walls or the ceiling. A little apprehensive about experimenting - i'm sure someone out there has dealt with a similar situation...

Buckeye haters are just egging you on. This is what they do. Don't stoop to their classless level.
As I stated in a previous post...
