im not anerexic but ima high school wrestler and im lookin to go 119's but i can only be about 2 pounds over
and i weigh about 122 after practice and i have my weigh-in's tomorro so i need to lose it tonight

we would have to lump the maritimes and the prairies together, and maybe the territories, but imagine the fun.
Games all across canada and national pride in full bloom.
Upset wins from team maritimes against powerhouse ontario, a rocking house in Halifax...
Who would be the coaches, what would their logos be, how often would the tournament be played, would there be professional players. There are at least ten great Nhl'rs from everyprovince, region and even the less talented squads will rise to the occasion.

Lets dream it here, start the buzz and expect it in 2009 as a warm up to the olymipcs. Let's get it cooking.

Anyone have a trophy to donate and that will one day be famous.?

I bet you have read some of my questions before...but for the people who haven't...my name is Kimberly, 12 years old, and wanting to be a cheerleader. I'm wondering if, in high school, I would be able to make it in te cheer squad during my freshman year. I've never cheered before in my life but I do play other sports and I'm very athletic and fit. My mom is going to sign me up for tumbling so maybe that will help me. But, in highschool I'll be going against some girls who have been cheering for almost their whole life. Can someone tell me me if I even stand a chance?
Be honest. And if you can please add some tips and stuff on cheerleading. I also want to be more flexible cause you have to be flexible to be a cheerleader right? So maybe you could add some stretching exercises for me too...
I am very determined to become a cheerleader and make it into my highschool's cheer team.
Please help me!!!

I cannot find one on-line. Speed is not an issue (slower is ok)
Total workout is better. 3 wheels ok. maybe a pivot in the frame I could steer by twisting from the hip
