i've wrestled for 4 years and i've been eating rice cakes during seasons, a whole pack of them is something like 5 calories and when you drink water with one or two of them you feel really full, running obviously will help, and when you sleep put on as many clothes as you can then find plastic bags and wear those over them,...the plastic prevents any heat and moisture from leaving. put something over your feet with them together, and them roll up in your blanket. i've lost up to 4 pounds in one night doing this

there is no longer an answer which could receive to you with out you seeing your wellbeing practitioner. For some human beings, it really isn't any longer quickly in any respect. For others, it extremely is a thoughts too quickly. 60 pounds lost in a 12 months may common to 5 pounds a month. perfect needs for your loss! :-)

When I wrestled in High school and I knew I was going to have a problem making weight I would take water pills , they make your body get rid of excess water also I would put on sauna suit and run get a good sweat going , It always worked , then after weigh in make sure to rehydrate !
Good Luck .

Sit in a sauna for a couple of hours with layers of sweats - you'll sweat off a couple of pounds that way. But be sure to not drink anything until after weigh-in.

Poor thing. I saw a show where this wrestler wouldn't eat anything but health bars so he could make the weigh-in. Good luck.

Sit in a sauna or jog/exercise in many layers of clothes. Be careful loosing the water weight too quick and make sure you don't overdo it so that way you are in top condition tomorrow.
