I cannot find one on-line. Speed is not an issue (slower is ok)
Total workout is better. 3 wheels ok. maybe a pivot in the frame I could steer by twisting from the hip

I could not find any sites on it, maybe after you find out how to do this you should make a site for it. Sounds hard but it also sounds like you can do it! Very interesting, yet that is going to take a lot of practice to ride. Good luck! :)

just go to like a custom bike shop that sells trike kits (like the lowrider kind) and put one of those on your bike, then go to another around down bike shop and get a lot of chain, then take the chain and mount it on the frame close to the handlebars, then take off the handlebars and rig it up so you can pivot the pedals and turn the handlebars, i would also try searching ebay.
