I have a bet going right now that I cant take down an Aikido Black Belt. Rules are nothing happens till I lay a hand on him and I get 3 tries to ground him. I'm just wondering if anyone can suggest a move or specific art/style to use. Any suggestions?

The rules for the sparring I do are:
Kicking allowed above groin anywhere (including head and face)
(Punching only to torso-not to head)
Round goes for 2 minutes and whoever scores most points wins
OR You can win by knockout by kicking to head.

I was at a tournament yesterday and got really tired half way through my second fight.
What is the best way to train (Both strength and cardiovascular) for this type of sparring?

PS I am 15 years old, about 175cm tall and weigh nearly 70 kg (Sorry don't know in pounds)

please don't give me diet tips as I can only eat what my mother feeds me

I have asked a question about Liverpool being crap and get answers like not as bas as spurs, or the best one "spurs have promised so much and delivered nothing..
