Mark is very good, as is Louisa. Two of the previous winners of SCD have been people that started out quietly and then gradually built up, largely unnoticed. To that end I'd say keep a close eye on Matt Dawson - as a sportsman he will be fiercely competitive.

I think this is the best year yet, with the boys sure to give the girls a run or their money!
