does anyone do judo? what grade are you, i had to fight a 30 year old woman recently and she was 25+K heaver than me. i still got my grade though. does anyone have any fav throws etc. or tips for winning. would be greatful for any replys x

.... want to kickbox and box reaaaal badly!!!
i want to do the kickboxing and boxing to protect myself and try to join the UFC


im curious about a few things though

how tall or how much should you weight to kickbox?
what are somethings i should know about kickboxing and boxing?
how long do i haveto train for inorder to be in shape for the UFC?
do i have to get a personal trainer or can i go to a kickboxing/boxing school?

btw i dont want to do cardio kickboxing, where you build your body and ****, i want to actually learn how to BOX and fight....how can i do this?

answer.... because the quality of football is so much better than any other conference, real fans recognize true talent. some idiot was saying the big-10 is best? gimmie a break....who do they have beyond ohio state and michigan? indiana? illinois? please....ohio state is the most overrated team in the country, and i think it'll show when they play michigan.....too bad they're not in the SEC so we could all see them struggle through a 5-6 season and jim tressel could stop wearing those gay sweaters.
