My mom has a similar problem in Bonita Springs, Florida. Her brother-in-law has suggested that she cut it up with a chain saw and put the pieces in the trash. If your boat is in the water, that may be more difficult. I'm sure that for the right price, you can get the right person to take care of it for you. I, unfortunately, am not that person.... good luck.
