The Houston Rockets started Rafer Alston at the point last year. He shot a woefull 37% from the field. That is not a good stat for a starting PG especially in the west... What do you guys think?

1-19 in a big series...not so good! What a great replacement for Damon right? I'm 5'8", 150 lbs. I go to the gym every other day and perform various exercises such as supersets and cardio afterwards. After sunset everyday I do at least 20 minutes of running. I try to build some muscle mass while trying to lose some fat. I know you need to have a lot of protein in your diet to build muscle mass. My question is whether I have to have a lot protein only on those days I go to the gym. I still have protein everyday, just not in the extreme amounts my body needs to build muscle. Is there really a difference when having a little protein on my rest days and having a lot on my gym days? Should the protein intake be consistent each day or should the intake be adjusted based on workout? Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.

In my efforts to understand international soccer better, what follows is my understanding of one aspect of the great game. Please indicate what is correct or what is wrong.

Let's use Arsenal of the English Premier League as an example.

1) As part of their pre-season schedule, they can play any number of matches against teams from anywhere in the world. The results have no bearing on the regular season.

2) During the regular season they go up against (all?) of the teams in the First Division, and Champions League opponents if they are in the competition. The results from regular season and CL are seperate. Is the Champions League tournament the same as the UEFA competition?

3) Is there ever an instance where a player from Arsenal (or any team) has to change kits during his teams regular season to participate in another tournament? Other than for FIFA World Cup.

How long does it take on average to go from a complete beginner to being reasonably adept at Tae Kwon Do? I know everyone different but i have excellent co-ordination, good fitness and learn most things quickly. How much does it cost per hour? What exactly do you have to do to progress through the ranks? I know you take tests but how are they marked and what do you do in them exactly?

At the break, the balls seem to stay clustered moreso than on other tables. I thought my rails or bumpers had lost spring, but it seems more likely that the balls are dead as they don't have a lot of action from the rackpoint. Do billiard balls have a rubber or cork core like other types of balls i.e. golf and baseball?

Don't you think it would be easier with a couple extra clubs in your bag? I like to carry four wedges and I have heard from many teachers all amateurs should, now everybody carries a Driver, 3-wood, and 3-9 irons, and a putter. Most people have a pitching wedge, a sand wedge, and a 5-wood. Thats 13 clubs I like to have a Lob Wedge, Gap Wedge, and a 2-iron in there also but thats 16 clubs, I could do without the 2-iron but with a Gap Wedge thats still 15 clubs, don't you think we could do a least a little better with one or two extra clubsin our bag?
