The situation with Ted Lilly is not his first scrape. He initially challenged Shea Hillebrand to a fight, which Hillebrand declined. He was then made the scapegoat and traded to SF. The NFL Rules state that only an interior lineman cannot go in motion. A tight end is not an interior lineman, because the rules also state that an interior lineman is located between the ends. Just trying to settle an arguement!
