What are the most important and effective things to do the day of weigh-in for wrestling to stay in your weight class? For example: If you need to weigh in @ 160 and you are at 161.6 what do you do? Especially involving water weight... Any tips would be appreciated!

You can't say their offense. I mean they have promising talent. Carl Crawford, 100% future all star, Rocco Baldelli, robbed the ROY from Angel Berrora, Jorge Cantu, 28 HR, 117RBI last year, Jonny Gomes, BJ Upton.

Their pitching has Scott Kazmir. They'll make trades in the offseason.

Their defense is definetly improving. Its tied for 8th in the AL.

I mean, will they always suck, I'm a die-hard fan of Boston, and I hate the always beating us so them getting better wont help. But I just want to see them in the Postseason.

Holy crap. I can't stand to see a team run that. Filled with one screen pass after another. Kind of takes away from the running game. My favorite team the Packers ran this offense when Holmgren was around. It won games and kept Favre in check but it was hard to sit through. My dad and I used to joke about how many screens would be thrown. We would bet on it. I would have even traded a few wins for some excitement. When Favre started letting it fly the last couple of years I actually could stay awake for games. Even if he did have 31 interceptions or something. Run and shoot baby! All hail Warren Moon and the Houston Oilers of the 1980's! Also tecmo super bowl for favoring the long pass.

for shot put can you get good scholarships and things for college? i threw 41' 6'' as a freshman and it seems like no other freshman in my division can beat me... some older kids of course can beat me... but it seems like it comes really easy to me... idk if i should continue it because i like it but i seem like (not to brag or boast sorry if it sounds like it) i have done all i can and all i need to do is get stronger and stuff... but if its good for colleges and transcripts and scholarships and 41' 6'' for a freshman isnt outstanding and i can still do better ill still do it.... where there is a purpose and room to grow i usually attack it...
