i play soccer, box, run, and i have a yellow belt in banta kamay but the problem is, my dojo shut down. ive been wanting to get back into karate but i have a bad limp now and i feel that maybe im too old for karate.

There have been allot of split decisions in the ufc that could have or should have gone to the fighter that lost such as the Vitor Belfort VS Tito Ortiz, Tito VS Forrest Griffen, BJ Penn VS GSP, Griffen VS Stephan Bonner some how that was unanimous and the list just goes on.

I tried to take up running but I can only run for a few minutes! Help!!?

I'm a 22 year old male. I'm average height.. 5'8" or so, and about 145-150 lbs, which is pretty standard as well. I am a bit out of shape for sure, but I have tried running quite a few times...
it doesn't seem to get any better or easier!
Why can't I seem to run for longer? I was hoping it would be a good way to get in shape!

Also, any tips to make running less boring-as-snot?

Separate entries for the different motorsports?

I've just emailed the Yahoo suggestion people that there needs to be different categories for the different types of motorsports. To be honest, I only know Formula One - nothing else gets shown on TV where I live - and it's a hassle to trawl through all the questions that I know nothing about just to find the F1 ones.
