Yes there is a new stadium in the works and the niners are threatening to move to santa clara to get it. Right now it is proposed to move about a half mile so it will till be at candlestick point!

Moving to Candlestick Point, whatever that is. Moving because their current stadium, Candlestick Park, is run down and dilapidated.

yes they are supposedly building a stadium for hopes of luring the summer olympics..it is to be built with private funds..limited public money involved..we shall see..that would be great..
