There have been allot of split decisions in the ufc that could have or should have gone to the fighter that lost such as the Vitor Belfort VS Tito Ortiz, Tito VS Forrest Griffen, BJ Penn VS GSP, Griffen VS Stephan Bonner some how that was unanimous and the list just goes on.

Do you think that if there is a split decision that there should be an over time or somthing like that?

Last UFC was boring and I hated those decisions. All those fights you mentioned except the Forest vs Bonner (close but brutal to go to another round) needed a tie breaker round. That is great idea. K-1 does that but I don't think they will do that in the UFC>

(for the guy above me) HEY Tito represents! He's a great fighter! Don't hate! Did you even watch when Tito was there for Team Punishment?! He soo took the young ones under his wings and helped them train! Wish I had a trainer that was so DEDICATED! : P

Definitly there should be some kind of overtime...ESPECIALLY IF TITO IS FIGHTING! LOL! No, but for real, split desicions stank! One or the other, none of that "Well...he should win" junk! If a guys guna win, he should be allowed the fullest chance possible, and win! I hate when they do that, you'd think when the crowd "Boo's" the vote, they'd feel the guilt and come up with the obvious reason of eliminating split desicions! Sheesh! ...GO TITO! woop-woop! lol : )

I wish. The UFC is starting to get the taste of money. The sponsors are rolling in and the exposure has tripled. This sport that I love is going to go the way of WWF soon. Just watch this Tito, Shamrock fiasco. Tito is just plain bad for the sport now. He should just go and act. The splits bring rematches and big pay per view numbers. I don't like where things are going.

Split decisions are not just a problem in the UFC. These split decision victories usually could go either way. This happens in all fighting events, MMA and Boxing. Sometimes the judges see things different. There should not be an overtime unless the match is dead even.

God yeah! That is what it is suppose to be... I kinda wish they would hold a online poll or poll the freaking audience sometimes!!!!

I spend to many fights trying to figure out where the freaking judges heads are?!??

NO!!!

If the fight is close, then its close. Besides, its the fighters fault for not stopping their opponent earlier.
