Does anyone know the music they play in-stadium at the end of the World Cup, particularly the Final (during the awards ceremony)? It was phenominal. Kind of orchestral/triumphant. There were three songs. First was almost like a samba and then the next two were more "classical" sounding. I have to find out! Amazing.

C'mon, Zidane suffers "cruel insults" about his mother and sister so he throws the entire World Cup final and his career?? "Zidane, was it worth it--are you going to Disney World now? What a millionaire loser.

I can't believe it. He has done such a great job and where does that leave the german team? The new guy is a soccer teacher, I guess not a national player himself like Klinsmann. What kind of job is he going to do? And then I heard that Lehmann had his decision to leave or stay riding on Klinsmann's decision. Has anyone heard if he is leaving too, now? What a blow to Germany, especially with Kahn gone too.

My family attended the race @Chicagoland last weekend. We had pit passes & had a ton of fun but noticed lots of people with garage passes. They were not press or didn't seem any different then us. Is it possible to purchase garage passes or do you have to "know someone"?

Zidane was discovered in the Marseille housing project La Castellane by a scout for AS Cannes, and shortly after arriving at the club on the French Riviera he punched a player who allegedly made a derogatory remark.
In 1998, Zidane stomped on a prone Saudi Arabian player in a World Cup group match in full view of the referee. He was red-carded and served a two-match suspension, returning in the quarterfinals to help lead France to the championship.
Zidane spent five seasons at Juventus of Turin, and in the fall of 2000 he was red-carded in consecutive UEFA Champions League matches. He was ejected for a malicious studs-up challenge against Spain's Deportivo La Coruna, served a one-match suspension, then returned against Germany's Hamburg SV and head butted Jochen Kientz in the 27th minute of what would be a 3-1 loss. Kientz suffered a concussion and a fractured cheekbone, and Zidane was handed a five-match ban.
In this tournament he recieved 3 yellow cards and escaped a 4th.

I'm from Germany and I want to know what people from the United States think about the soccer World Cup, if you have been impressed by the game and the enthusiasm and if you can comprehend the enthusiasm.
