I would say Peyton Manning but the colts choke in the Playoffs so... i think the most productive quarterback would be either Mark Brunel because of his wide recieving core, or Matt Hasselback because most teams are going to be so worried about them running the ball and not be prepared for the pass.

MARC BULGER of the RAMS!
He is coming back healthy, Alex Barron has a year under his belt as the starting right tackle. He has the best receiving quartet in the league (Holt, Bruce, Curtis and McDonald) and they drafted two tight ends that will open up the field even more (Klopfenstein and Byrd). They finally have a coach (Linehan) with enough common sense to use Steven Jackson. A better commitment to the running game will set up the pass and keep the opposing defenses on their heels. More running also means less wear and tear on Bulger himself.

Carson Palmer if he is healthy,He lead the NFL in Passing touchdowns last season, finished in the top five in almost every catagory. He also didnt lose any offensive weapons.Hes got a quality O-line,The top receiver in the game,A very productive running back, and a hell of a coach. The Bengals also will use more of the no-huddle offense as they look to build off of last years playoff run.

Peyton Manning !!! Without a great running game look for the Colts to run a lot more no huddle this year and throw the ball anywhere between 35-50 times a game !!!
