It's very very bad. He plays with a team and not by himself, therefore regardless of what the other dude told him, he should've known that in teamwork it's not about the individual, it's about the co-operate. Make no mistake, he's an awesome ball player, unfortunately he'll more than likely be remembered as the guy who got thrown off the field for headbutting another player.

Zidane's behaviour was not appropriate but understandable. Materazzi is a jerk. Zidane lost his cool after being provoked (c'mon, he's human). Zidane should keep the Golden Ball and Materazzi should get some punishment too.

of course it bad in last international career. Everyone know that Zidane has short temper and he definitely needs anger manegement. But, it doesn't matter does it? We should focus on his good side, instead of bringing the bad things. So what if he headbutted the Italian, he deserves it. I mean, if you constantly insults someone, you would probably beat them up later. We are human, we have our dark side's, too.

it was bad, but they guy had it coming, calling zidane a terrorist, and his sister a slut. But then zidane probably did exactly what the other player wanted him to, and it may have cost france the cup when zidane couldnt take the pk.
