This team is about a B rating overall.
the only things I 'd change would be your Back-up Defense
....but its SOOOOO early who knows after a few games they may be the PRIZE

Report Card

QBs: B+. He's no Peyton Manning, but I like Trent Green a lot, especially when you consider the numbers he puts up with a crappy WR corps. Just imagine what he could do if the Chefs got him some targets at the wideout position. Unfortunately, the lack of a standout wideout is what keeps him from being top tier in my mind (and yes, I realize he has Gonzo and LJ). I'm not high on McNair...I don't think he's a good fantasy fit in Baltimore. Plummer came down to earth in the playoffs last year; it will be interesting to see how he responds. If you can find a sucker for McNair (which I doubt), trade him.

RBs: A. Impressive stable you have there. It doesn't get much better than this. Stand pat, and hold onto Anderson and Davis...both have upside as sleepers.

WRs: D. I can't sugarcoat it...your receivers suck. Horn is in the twilight of his career, and a QB change can't help. That team is a mess right now. I like Driver, but not as a #2 WR, and remember that he goes as Favre goes. Hopefully Favre stays healthy; the older you get, the more brittle you become. There are tons of upside guys like Wilford, and Moulds is a waste of a roster spot at this stage. If I had to pick one guy to cut, it would be him.

TEs: A+. You have Gates. You are golden.

K: I. I refuse to spend time analyzing fantasy kickers. Next.

DEF: A. Is there a safer bet than the Stillers? There are a lot of good defenses out there, so see if you can land a starting WR upgrade and a lesser quality defense by packaging a McNair or Plummer, the Steelers defense, and maybe Wilford.

TOTAL TEAM GRADE: B+
PROJECTION: Playoff team; Potential champion if the starting WRs can be upgraded without trading one of your 3 stud RBs or Gates.

First off, who is R. Johnson. There are many R. Johnson in the league so you have to be more specific.

Take the trade of McNair for Porter, then start Porter over Driver.

I say you try and trade either Driver or Moulds for Carolina Defense. A very underrated defense but can get you quite a lot of pts in fantasy leagues. As a result, drop KC D. Drop them anyways, as KC doesnt have a great D.

Trade Anderson. There is no way he is going to put up good stats with a back up role to jamaal lewis with the Ravens. Could take Green and drop Anderson.

You are solid at QB, which is helpful since you need to work on your WR portion of this team. Horn should bounce back with Brees under center, so that is not a major concern. Try to look for any WRs that are available AND are around their third year mark (this is when they usually break out from the pack). A very strong RB corp with Tomlinson, Brown, and Johnson in the swing position. Good kicker, TE, and Defensive unit.

Use McNair as trade bait, but you should be able to grab someone other than Porter ... check the roster and see who else jumps out at you. Wilford should continue doing well in the #2 slot in Jacksonville & Moulds may be able to fitin down in Houston.

Just make sure of one major detail ... no BYE week overlaps ... I drafted Larry Johnson and LaMont Jordan ... who are out in Week 3 (along with Tomlinson).

I would rate your starting lineup 4 out of 5, since your weak spot is definitely your wide outs. Your bench gets a 2 out of 5, since the depth there is mediocre plus you didn't need three QBs. Overall, 3 out of 5 for this team. Still, you should have some strong games with the running unit you have set up.

Somebody gave this team a B rating?
bwahahaha!!
put down the pipe.

Another guy said who is R. Johnson?
put down the pipe.
who is the other R. Johnson who is a starter at RB/WR?

Anyway let me give you my opinion.
I've been playing FF since 1986 and am in 10-20 leagues a year.

This team is rock solid.
A to A- for drafting. You are playoff bound barring major injuries.

You have 3, THREE, TOP 10 RB's.
How you got that amazes me.
LT, RJ, and Brown will carry you the entire season.

Gates is a stud, Kasay is solid, and Blitzburgh D is like a broken treadmill...you can't run on them.
Trent Green has assmunches for WR's and still puts up 4000 yards passing. Nice pick.

Overall its an outstanding draft for a 12 team league.

Ok, now your WR's.
Yes, they are the weak(er) point of your roster but who cares?
The rest of your team is dynamite. Add to that your WR's aren't that bad at all (only in comparison to the rest of your squad). Horn is money and had a down year last year. Come on, New Orleans as a football team (and city) were down last year. He'll bounce back. And as for Driver, Favre looks at him first in every passing play becuase his other WR's suck sack.

Solid draft, solid team...playoff bound. Enjoy.
