OK I want to bulk up over the summer but my local gym only has weight machines, no free weights.

I've been told free weights are better in the long run but machines can actually help the beginner looking to bulk up, as they allow for greater weight to be lifted while teaching good technique- would this be true?

where i come from we have an old saying "english football is like a beautiful bride that everyone likes and loves but in the end cant bear children...and england football is great till the last minute but they just dont score and dont win"

My son is 12 and is a pretty good hitter,(542 avg). One of the things I notice is that when he hits he doesn't move his head in so that his eyes are following the ball all the way in. He's making all of his contact using peripheral vision. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

i own a rmz 250 suzuki 04 and took the sproket off and oil leaked out around the shaft that spins the sproket when started.. is it supposed todo that?? im really worried cus my dad said i cud of blew it up.. thanks
