Ummm the Colts and Bucs can only meet in the Superbowl as far as playoffs and we all know Manning hasn't made it that far, even if the NFL made him their posterboy. So that answer is DQed simply by the game not being in the playoffs. Yeah the Bills over Oilers is offically the biggest comeback.

What about the game in 03 when the Bucs took on the Colts? The colts trailed by five touchdowns in the begining of the fourth and Manning and Harrison brought them back to win it.
