I'm 19 and just got back into baseball recently. I'm practicing to become a pitcher and have been throwing about 2-3 times a week at 40-50 full speed pitches for each practice, plus warm ups and half speed pitches. I have been doing this for about a month and a half now so my arm is loose and strong enough to begin an official weekly pitching routine.

What would you recommend. Like out of 7 days how many days should i throw, and how many each time and at what speed. I'm 6'3 190, so I'm a big kid. Like if I threw 3 time a week at 50 full speed pitches each time would that be too little or too much. Any other suggestions.

i just dont understand why people dont want to have joyous holiday seasons and they dont want to go to anywhere when they die and they dont want any one to talk to privately. why not?

Rapturists (is that a word?) believe that Jesus will one day come back and take all the Christians away to live in a magical place with leprechauns, unicorns, fairies, angels and all the high fat high sugar foods that Christians love so much and all the unbelievers will burn in unbelievers hell or some very bad place, but suffice it to say; the good guys will live and the bad guys will die with good and bad decided by Christians. How come atheists fail to realize that god was talking to people who didn't have the knowledge we have today?
Like how the bible says men are made out of mud etc. You people have to relize Jehovah was explaining scientific things to people who didnt have the knowledge we have. So, he explained it to them simply, so they would not get counfused.
EXAMPLE-God knows the very writings of me- Of course, this man is talking about our DNA. if god said that he knew his DNA, would not the man be confused? God simplified this for the man-so he could understand.

Doesnt make any sense.

Seems like they know there is a possibility that this God exists. Otherwise they wouldnt be wasting thier time refuting Christians on this make believe fake God right.

Why would a non Christians do that? Do they have to?

Are u a person of Islam or a Jew. Were you offered a bible to swear on without any question asked about whether you believe in it?

Are you a person who does not believe in anything? What do you choose to swear on?

Are there options in courts? How far do they go? Witchcraft? Satinism?

Are you a Christian who believes in God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit; but do not have confidence in the bible as His inspired Word? Why swear on a book you do not trust?

Would you just go ahead, and swear on the Book they put in front of you. even if you do not believe in it? Why or why not?

If you did swear on a bible you don't believe, did you feel like a liar doing it.

God commanded that we NOT give false witness, in the 10 commandments. If you don't believe in Him, why believe in truth telling?

Fact is that the Gregorian calendar is wrong, and we should be counting from 4 AD. Therefore we are in the year 2012, and oh lookie, it's the 21rst of December (aka D Day). Planets will be in formation people in exately eight hours from now. (incidentally, those of you who don't know already, the last time the planets were in this particular formation was 3114 BCE, the date of Noah's flood...). Eight hours before I ask, are the ancient Mayans right? Will something occur that will change life as we know it?
