And what businesses exactly are the ones that 'cater to the atheist community'? There is no atheist community. We don't hold secret meetings, or dance around an empty table chanting slogans, there are no strictly atheist products that are forbidden to be used by the religious. Your question is bizarre and lacks any common sense.

Huh?
Hey, how come people who don't believe in Unicorns don't just unite and share a common goal because of their lack of belief in unicorns...?
Atheists aren't members of an atheist community for the same reason that Christians aren't members of an a-Zeus community. Get it? The only thing an atheist has in common with another atheist is the lack of belief in god(s). You can be an atheist and believe that the universe was created by super intelligent alien rabbits and still be no less the atheist.

I am more so an individualist. I don't mind working on committees that involves my school. But I am still thinking about the issue of joining any possible rising atheist community. I believe there is one organization called American Atheists.

What a moronic question. There is no Atheist community. Its not like we have a church to go to. What is the difference between an Atheists and Christians spending habits anyways.

I'm an individual, not a member of some cult. I'm not even sure how in the world a business would cater to an atheist. I'm satisfied with most the business I conduct and don't find anything lacking.

Brilliant idea! I'm going to open up an Atheist restaurant! Full of traditional Atheist foods only enjoyed by Atheists! And an Atheist tax firm, devoted to helping Atheist with their special Atheist tax issues!
Really, what kind of business do you think would strictly be of interest to atheists?
Do you put any thought into these questions at all?

Atheism doesn't really have a church or commune for it's people who believe as such. It's different from religion in that the word 'Atheist' is more of an adjective than a secular denomination.

We don't claim to be a community. There's nothing that unites atheists except disbelief in God. We are of all races and nationalities. We don't live in atheist areas, we don't have atheist cuisine, we don't go to atheist meetings, why should be have atheist businesses? And what could they possibly sell?

Who claims this community of one? Yeah i know of a few dozen different "atheist" groups. But not one of em says every atheist is the same.

We don't claim to be a community of anything. You made that up. I have owned several businesses and trying to identify someones religion never occurred to me. Only a believer would do something such as that.
