It really has...Sometimes you sit back and see all the bad going on in the world, and wonder WHY it has to be that way. It has shown me that the life I lived before was so Wrong and Dirty, and that there was someone who cared enough about me to DIE for the sins I committed (and w/o question) then said all you have to do is trust and believe in me and never parish. I really got excited...and had no urge to go back into my old ways!!
Sometime people need a place to turn when they realize how bad life can be....God's always there to love,forgive & direct.

No invisible boogyman in the sky has replaced my existence. The retreat worked on brainwashing you. in case you want to advance up, drop the religion crap and comprehend what B.S. that's. A purity ring potential not something greater effective than a prestige image.

Since I left religion has no meaning to me its like big business, but god has become more real to me since i can study the bible without being robbed and listening to a lot of man made doctrines.

Yeah, it makes me greatly aggrieved that so much hatred has perpetuated by religion, and so many people have died in the name of "god."

before christ, i saw no purpose
only the strong or wisest survive and suceed in life.
NOW came christ, in strength of his words in me, mixed with faith,and power and love, things work out for me and family by works of Faith vs work of sweat.
