how could we be sure that the bible is the word of GOD since it is written volunterly, many years after?
how could we take it as a DOCUMENT?

More and more preachers are urging their people, "God wants you to get rich. He wants you to be first class."They are falling into the same money focused gospel that Jesus drove out of the temple in his day.

ive heard of countless cases of kids remembering pastlives, there was the one of the kid who said that he was shot down in japan and gave name of a boat he had been on and a name of someone who had been on with him, which had all been validated....but I'm wondering if ever kids make comments about being a pet or something or if maybe those are dismissed or nonexistant?

I ask this because I read an answer in which someone said that people are Athiests because of how they were raised, and by that logic, people are Christian because of how they are raised, people are Muslim because of how they are raised, people are Wiccan because...

etc.

Have you personally re-considered the beliefs you were raised with, or do you accept them because that is what you were taught growing up?

ok i need a good bible study hybred one note program where i can look of the bible compose notes onto the passages and write lessons and pull references and ideally create powerpoint slides and also contain a wealth of scriptual materials in addition to add in research/lesson prep. and use it with a laptop or tablet and run on XP or Vista. and hopefully has a nice GUI

Priest of Shalom who Father Abraham paid a 10th to. Jesus is our High King & Priest of Shalom after the Order of Melchizedek.

I think it is interesting that Islam comes from the Word Shalom also. So does Jeru'salem'. So also who Melchizedek is the High King & Priest of Shalom. And Jesus Priesthood is after the order of Melchizedek.

that women are ritually unclean during their menstruation? You hardly ever hear somebody call that barbaric but when it is for a group of people of another faith you hear it all the time.

I mean, here they were, looking at their calendars, noticing that the dates were all in >>B.C.<<, and kept getting closer and closer to zero each year. And then the calendar changes to "Anno Domine" (The year of the Lord).
It wouldn't take a genious to figure out that something big involving a Lord was going to happen, and when. And those "wise" men - they may have needed a star to guide them, but they should have known to be looking for someone when the Calendar changed to 1 AD.
