ive heard of countless cases of kids remembering pastlives, there was the one of the kid who said that he was shot down in japan and gave name of a boat he had been on and a name of someone who had been on with him, which had all been validated....but I'm wondering if ever kids make comments about being a pet or something or if maybe those are dismissed or nonexistant?

Fyi he didn't think he was an animal it just got me thinking, he said he was in the navy and gave a bunch of info and they used that and found they were valid names and whatnot. And im just curious if they do studies, when I was really little I thought I could goto other dementions where noone could see me but I could see them it was cool :) unfortunately it wasn't true it got me in to a lot of trouble

I can say theres no real proof for or against but there are a lot of interesting stories of children saying things that they shouldn't know or specific details about stuff so few people know that a 5 yr old wouldn't

There is no such thing. People have and use their imaginations all the time.

Well you know, with a topic like this, the bozos come out of the woodwork. I have heard of what you are saying. No animal stories though. I once heard of a story of man that died, a older guy, and a kid was born down the street some time later and as the kid grew up, he came to the lady and told her something along the lines that he was her husband reincarnated. People dismissed it as some kind of prank but the kid continued for some time saying things, that only her and her husband knew. Strange story, heard about many years ago. Never heard anything more about that.

No,but what freaked me out, being a Christian, was my daughter was just speaking (maybe around two or so ) in sentences and we looking at a Winnie the Pooh jewlery box.I opened the lid and the music starts and Winnie spins on one leg with one arm in the air.She says "Oh,he's German." I said "What ?" surprisedly. She says "His arm ,he's a German".
Now she in no way could know that about Nazis and all that.It really threw me for a loop. She is 11 now and has no memory of this at all.She is a Christian and knows all about everything but when she was around 4 we used to have discussions on the existence of God and the Devil. It really was strange but I went with it.I almost thought there was a dead holocaust memory in there somewhere which is weird because we are English/American.None of my other 3 kids were in tune like her.

Yes. When I was 9 years old I had a dream that I was one of the horses used during the exodus from Egypt.

Most past life memories tend to be based on dreams. A dream can seem so real that the memory is concluded as real and resolved to it being a past life becasue it's the only conclusion they can come to.

I used to be convinced there were ghosts in my room and that I could talk to them. I grew out of it. It's just a phase.
Also, there are so many animals that it would be impossible to validate any of that if it actually did exist.

Interesting question. One my earliest childhood memories is thinking about being invisible and "untouchable". Untouchable was my word for being able to walk through walls and things.

I don't know if it means anything or if I just got the idea from TV.

there's actually an entire field named after it in some colleges

The diffrence between this and dreams is that these are validated, and there are thousands of cases.

well you know thats wrong because if you were a animal you would not know how to read therefore you wouldnt know the name of the boat, nor would you know someones name.and duh, of course its children because their children, they use their imaginations all the time, he probably saw a cartoon and then had a dream he was one.
