The hissy fit between God and Satan resluts in people geting melted, drowned, having their first born killed let laone whole fmailies. All of this is part of the Battle of Good and Evil and then Jesus is born. Jesus teaches his imistry, gets executed, returns from the dead and God wins the hissy fit?

Why did God in his hissy fit with Satan, have to unleash so much suffering on to people only to eventually send his son to get ridicueld, brutalized and murdered? What was the point of cosntantly getting peopel caught in the middle in such horroific ways, just porve himself over Satan?

Then why did he put it there in the first place? And why did he give the snake a deceptive personality? And why did God lie to Adam when he told him that should he eat the fruit, he'd die?

Too many questions? They're all connected. I do have a theory. Email me if you want to know it.

So does God not listen to prayers, or does he just not care enough about stupid prayer requests...

I've noticed over the years that a lot of people pray for good weather on the weekend... More people pray for good weekend weather than good weather during the work week... so... since statistically the weather is the same for all days of the week, God must be ignoring those requests...??

When NAMBLA finally gets protection from the US Government to act out their fantasies with little boys, how will you feel about them then? Will you say "Don't judge them...let's show tolleration"? Don't think it won't happen. It is only a matter of time before them perverts will get their way.

If they believe what the bible says about God who is the only one who can judge a person. Why do JW's constantly try to look at someone's depth of spirituality when you want to be friends with them or join their religion? Like if you pretend to do the JW thing like answer at their church meetings and give public talks you are viewed as super spiritual, while if you don't do those things you are considered a weak JW even if you go to their church on a regular basis! Why is there so much internal judging within the JW's. Why can't witnesses take people for who they are as people rather than what they do for the Watchtower Society?

What do you think and why? Should Mormons be considered Christian in the same sense that orthodox Christianity uses the term Christian? What about Jehovah's Witnesses or Unitarians? Why or why not?

Consider this before answering:

Many people will say that anyone who believes in 'Christ' can be considered Christian. While this is true in the most technical sense, is it true if we're seeking to determine the actual character and sentiment of the term (i.e., the spirit, intent and purpose rather than the 'letter of the law'). In other words, if I claim to be an American simply because I was born in America this would be technically true. But, if I held to beliefs that were overtly unAmerican (e.g., communism, unreasonable search and seizure and other things that go distinctly against the original tenets on which America was founded), should I still be allowed to claim that I am American even if it is 'technically' true?

I mean most religions have slaughtered enough peoplein the process of establishing themselves...if they really believed in an afterlife I don't think they would kill so casually because those desenters they killed are going to be waiting on the other side you'd think.

On Divisions in the Church
Brothers, I could not address you as spiritual but as worldly—mere infants in Christ. I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready. You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere men? For when one says, "I follow Paul," and another, "I follow Apollos," are you not mere men?
What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building 1 COR 3:1-9

Can someone refer me to which new testiment passages talk about how old testiment laws should be obeyed (or not)?

Mathew 5:17 seems to indicate that all the OT laws (meaning numbers, duetaronmy, leviticus, exodus?) are still in force post-jesus. But I hear people say that the old laws ended when jesus died for (other people's) sins? What passages talk about that?

Are there different schools of thinking on this issue?

A women is told that her hair is her covering, and her glory.

It is also said that is it is shame for a man to have long hair.

Do you follow this? Why or why not?

I have long hair, my husband has short. We believe what God says about a women and her glory, and a man having his head uncovered.

He that hath my commandments, and KEEPETH THEM, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be LOVED OF MY FATHER, and I WILL LOVE HIM, and will manifest myself to him [John 14:21]
Paul's writing make it very clear that you don’t have to follow commandments but believe Jesus (p.b.u.h) died for you sins to get salvation while Jesus(p.b.u.h) said BUT IF THOU WILT ENTER INTO LIFE, KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS." The Christians today follow what Paul said and keep what Jesus (P.B.U.H) said to the side.
Old Testament makes circumcision to be an EVERLASTING COVENANT: "He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money (your slaves), must needs be CIRCUMCISED: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an EVERLASTING COVENANT." [Genesis 17:13
"And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be CUT OFF (be killed) from his people; he hath broken my covenant." [Genesis 17:14]
Jesus (pbuh) was circumcised on the eighth day,

Since Bush is a rich man...

Luk 18:25 For it is easier for a camel to enter in through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

Matthew 6:24
'No one can serve two masters. He will hate the one and love the other. You cannot serve both God and money.'

===So Bush hates God according to the Bible itself.===
