They are angry, mean and can't have a civilized discussion with other believers without using cheap oh-I-think-I'm-so-smart barbs that aren't really that funny.
I really think they need god in their lives....maybe they'd be...oh I don't know...nice? less uptight?

"But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed."

The Gospel of the Bible in a nut shell is that:
We are all sinners
Jesus was born of a Virgin
Jesus died for our sins
Jesus is the only way to Heaven, not works
Jesus is God

The mormons do not teach this, from what I understand. Therefore wouldn't that be "Any other Gospel"

My Girlfriend is a christian, and doesn't beleive in sex before marriage. I am fine with this until last night when she was drunk she told me I could put it up her "other hole". Is this allowed in Chistianity? Also, I have spoke to her about it since, and she seemed quite embarrased, however did say to me again that it was ok to do that. Should i take her up on her offer considering that i am not religeous?
SHE HAS SAID IT AGAIN SOBER... .but more embarrased. Also, i dont plan on marrying her, but do want to spend the rest of my life with her. I am very tempted.....

A San Diego public school has become part of a national debate over religion in schools ever since a substitute teacher publicly condemned an Arabic language program that gives Muslim students time for prayer during school hours.
Carver Elementary in Oak Park added Arabic to its curriculum in September when it suddenly absorbed more than 100 students from a defunct charter school that had served mostly Somali Muslims.

My uncle was kidnapped, for 5 years he was taken by this mega-terrorist group of my country (Colombia, if you've heard news this past week, well he was part of an 11 politicians group killed on June 18th) he was a very good person, he'd never been in politics by the way...before he was kidnapped he'd been in his new job 11 DAYS

The thing is, he was kidnapped and after 5 years (we never got to see him again, only in videos, called "proofs of survival" and he was murdered...they were and all points that they we executed by being shot...

So yeah, not only did he have this 5 years a life full of suffering, but his death was very traumatic.

So where does a person's soul go after life ends in such a traumatic way? Does it stay in Limbo?
How can I help so he finally rests in peace and goes to heaven or a good place?

My grandfather was the leader of our family and as I said as the question he died 01/14/07 Sunday afternoon at 1:35 p.m.
My sister was the last one to find out late in the day. There was an email sent to her on that same day he died at 1:55. It has no sender, no subject, and no message. It is completely blank! My grandpa was never good with electronics. You have to remember my sister was unaware of his death at this time and the email was sent to her 20 minutes after he was pronounced dead! Isn't that weird/amazing! Our grandpa was a GREAT man he helped anyone no matter their problem! if they asked him for the help he usaully isnt too sure about it at first but always helps them financially at the end! Many times has he done this to people who even used that money against his wishes! He was a GREAT man until his death and loved Jesus Christ, his lord, and a wonderful witness of God! It's already been established that teaching Creationist Science, Intelligent Design, or whatever name you want to re-hash your "Genesis" story as in a Government funded school is unconstitutional, so lets leave that point at that.

However, what I'd like to ask you is:
Why should an Atheist's tax money pay for the indoctrination of a religious pseudo-science (ID, CS, etc) which has no application outside the beliefs of the Christian Church?

And if you were wondering "Why should a Christian's tax money pay for the indoctrination of a science called Evolution which has no application outside the world of Science", it's because science is a universally accepted and successful process of deducing the world around us, at which religion has failed.

alot of people were given a little thumbs up by Jesus
