I have recently discovered this answer forum. I can't believe how rude people are to others. Personally it scares me. I am a born-again Christian woman and I think I deserve respect and I try to respect others. Please think about it.

It is EVIDENT to me that people who are rude haven't been taught. Just my humble opinion.

. Each person has the light within him or her, and this light is the substance of God.

2. The light, or spirit within, is in a general state of deep sleep, or hibernation, similar to death. This is the result of feeding the ego and not the spirit within. Fear-based emotions feed the ego and love-based emotions feed the spirit.

3. Through love, the spirit can be awakened and raised to a position of power and authority within each person. This awakening and raising process is referred to as the resurrection.

4. Each person is responsible for becoming truly loving and using the Love which flows from God to awaken and raise the spirit within.

5. Each person is responsible for cleansing and purifying the thoughts and feelings within, transforming all fear based emotions into love.

6. Each person is responsible for overcoming his or her own ego and shifting his or her consciousness from the ego to the awakened spirit.

7. By cleansing and purifying his or her thoughts and feelings, and overcoming the ego through love, each person will enter into a higher state of consciousness referred to as the Kingdom of Heaven, or the Christ Consciousness.

8. By following the Law of Spiritual Perfection, each person becomes one with God and experiences his or her salvation.

9. In this oneness with God, each person is born again.

10. In Spiritual Perfection, death is overcome and each person enters into eternal life (eternal consciousness).

Once again, I say this not to put any one down. But maybe when i say these things you have guilt on you. You enjoy speaking and making fun of God and love to say that Hes not real. Maybe you have guilt when i say things like this. Because i don't say them toward you but to help you see God love. Which i speak of Gods word read in the bible. I don't think that I'm better than any one else. But if these quistions afflict you then maybe you have gult.

how is one more 'logical' than the other? atheists don't know how life began, do you realize your beliefs are just as 'illogical' as you claim Christians beliefs to be? we have faith that God created everything, you have faith that a scientist will explain to you how everything was created. so far, we have evolution from monkeys, a laughable theory, as part of that explanation. LOL

Mary was a very young jewish girl,, unwed.. Hell if I was her I'd a said the same thing to prevent from being stoned.. And there was other gods at that time period,, who she just might of laid with,, and the hole thing is a hoax. Especially, during this time frame The jews were desperate for this immaculant conception to validate their religion. Why, I guess, is it so important that this man have a virgin mother,, and never to have been married,, the validation for this religion. My god does it change the things he did? So if he was married and had sex with his wife, i guess that means he couldn't walk on water.

all the time i get bothered by various religious sects or whatever. a girl at work is in the salvation army but has never read the bible, jehovahs visit me and try to give me leaflets, christians stand in the centre of the city where i live with microphones bothering everyone about fictional characters. i try to be polite and understanding but its so annoying im just getting to the point where i snap at others. how can i get them to stop chasing me with leaflets and preaching to me etc..?
