Why do they say they're athiests and try to make out that they're good people? Why would a good person worship satan? And why would an athiest believe in satan? None of it makes sense.

I explained it to him, but thought I would give Catholics a shot at it, to be fair. He's 11 btw, but reads at a high level so don't pull any punches.

Thanks!

My Dad is 80 years old , a retired Navy Vet, a cancer survivor, the best Grandfather to my 3 girls, still volunteering, still donating blood and I still don't see a gray hair on him....what's up with that?

What has been the best thing you have done for your dad?
And what little thing is special that you remember of him?

I'm betting that no one would say yes to that and be serious about it. Well -- it would be every bit as ludicrous and moronic to seek to discriminate in any way against homosexual people.

Just like handedness and eye color, differences in sexual orientation are nothing more than trivial variations of normalcy.

So a person is attracted to others of the same sex? Big whoop, fer Pete's sake! That is NO big deal. And furthermore, it's no one else's business other than that of the partners who are involved in the relationship.

Bigotry toward people over such TRIVIAL differences as those I mentioned above is good for one thing, and one thing only. Manifesting it is a tipoff to everyone who witnesses it that the bigot IS a bigot, and therefore is a lowlife sociopath. Not to mention an ignoramus.

The USA has been outgrowing bigotry for decades. The faster we reject it, and bigoted agendas, the better and fairer this nation becomes. Employ vigorous peer pressure against it.

I have been seeing and hearing things on them and it seems that all they do is insult, threaten, and mock people that don't feel the same as them. Then they cover up all the crap they spew by saying its because they are trying educate people or they are bullied. Seems to me that they are the bullies.
Im quite positive that I will get alot of hateful responses but I dont care. It just proves that some people get mad when the truth is on them.

I recently took a trip to the Museum of Natural History. Many creationists claim that the fossil record hopelessly fails to show any signs that evolution has taken place. I think anyone who makes this claim needs to take a trip to this museum. They have literally hundreds of thousands of fossils. They had an entire warehouse of just nothing but tetrapods, and they put the fossils in order by age and it was very clear by looking at the fossils that they evolved over time. Tetrapods were not the only example they had however. They had like 14 or 15 warehouses of nothing but fossils and countless examples of intermediate forms that creationists claim are "missing links." My friend jokingly said to me "I guess we don't have any missing links." I think to visit this museum, and to come up with any other conclusion other than evolution is no longer skepticism, but rather denial bordering on stupidity.

Does God use two different lenses to judge their merit? Should not we human beings stop looking at our brethren through tainted religious lens and start hailing the noble work of great human beings. Can’t a living Saint – an honor bestowed in Earth for noble deeds - be equal to a heavenly Saint still remembered in this Earth for her noble deeds.

They charge you for everything, my uncle wants to get married, (I don't know WHY!) and the priest charged him 160 dollars... they beg you for money everytime they can saying that "the curch needs money to acomplish its mission on earth" But the priests with high positions drive very expensive cars... they got almost all the private schools and I don't know why their schools are the most expensive... In a normal catholic school you have to pay 300 dollars for elemantary school and in high school almost 500 dollars per month. and they never help the poor, they have some dingy schools for the poor and that's all, in their best schools only the ones who can pay are in them... I was in catholic schools all my childhood and I hated it, they foce you to pray and to practice their religion, and if you don't want to, they discriminate you
