Well, so this is an empirical fact that proves how matter came into existence by conversion of energy, and the energy required to produce matter is Zero.

"Where did all the matter come from?"

E = mc^2 says matter and energy are the same entity. Since

The observed positive mass/energy density of the universe is equal to the critical density in which positive kinetic and rest energy are exactly balanced by negative gravitational potential energy.

E = 0, the total matter of the universe is zero. Zero does not have to come from anything.

Now, if by "matter" you just mean the equivalent of rest energy, then that came from gravitational energy during the expansion in the early universe.

Got it?

the apologetical response is that god said that because pigs were diseased and it was to deter food poisening, but that response really better lends to the idea that it was human authors who were trying to deter the action.
And if god really meant it like that, why didn't he just say, "they will give you food poisening"?
it seems that jews, from those days until this modern era, have always taken it literally, assuming that he didn't want them to eat it for the simple reason that he said not to.

Some years ago, when everything in my life seemed to be going wrong for month after month. I worked very hard at solving my problems , but nothing seemed to work and I would even get additional problems. I turned to prayers for help, my prayers seemed to never be answered, I felt like I had lost the Grace of God.

I have been in many life threathen situation sand near death situations in my life, but I never had the fear that tore at my soul like this feeling. It was at this time I discovered for myself that Hell would be the lost of God's love forever.
And it was rather odd that once I accepted this belief things started changing in my life, and I have tried to never take his love and grace for granted.
Is it possible I lost the Grace of God and God sent me a message?

Doesn't that indicate a weak faith, they love Jesus because they saw him,but never mentions the other one because he is unseen.

Abraham preparing to sacrifice his son to god..."Take your son, your only son – yes, Isaac, whom you love so much – and go to the land of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains, which I will point out to you." -Genesis 22:1-18

How can it be moral to sell your daughter as a sex slave?

" When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at the end of six years as the men are. If she does not please the man who bought her, he may allow her to be bought back again. But he is not allowed to sell her to foreigners, since he is the one who broke the contract with her. And if the slave girl's owner arranges for her to marry his son, he may no longer treat her as a slave girl, but he must treat her as his daughter. If he himself marries her and then takes another wife, he may not reduce her food or clothing or fail to sleep with her as his wife. If he fails in any of these three ways, she may leave as a free woman without making any payment." - Exodus 21:7-11 NLT

Why is it that the good people always have to go? There are murderers, rapists, pedophiles, etc. out there, yet the ones that truly deserve to live a long time usually don't. What a great world we live in, huh? And please don't give me any of that crap about how it was their time to go and they went to be with God. Just admit that we live in a pretty crappy world.

By experiencing one learns.

By learning one lives.

But to close our minds to all the experiences of the world.

Is that not the greatest sin?

But what experience can be considered real?

The support one gains from their God?

To hear its voice, feel its comfort?

Is this just delusional? Why can others not feel what you do?

Is an individuals defense to pain?

How can one experience but the other is excluded?

How can anyone ever be sure?

Most people say they read it for fun, but don't believe it. I'm sure it happens when we don't agree with what's written, lol. Are you one of those?

If you do believe in it, what do you base your belief on? (I don't think I've ever met someone who TRULY believes it. If you do, please speak up!)
