The evidence that Yahshua is the son of Yahweh is recorded in the so called "New Testament" and his coming as the promised Messiah was prophesied in the so called "Old Testament". In accordance with the so called "New Testament" record, one must believe that Yahshua is the son of Father Yahweh and believe in their heart that Father Yahweh raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9; also cf. Acts 2:24,32; 3:15,26; 4:10; 5:30; 10:30; 10:40; 13:30,33,34; 17:31; Romans 4:24; 8:11; Colossians 2:12; 1Corinthians 6:14; 2Corinthians 4:14; 13:4; 1Thessalonians 1:10; 2Timothy 2:8; 1Kepha [Peter] 1:21; Galatians 1:1; Ephesians 1:20).
We also can become children (sons and daughters) of Father Yahweh. There is a way to know who are the children (sons and daughters) of Father Yahweh.
In this the children of Yahweh are made known, and the children of the devil: whosoever does not righteousness is not of Yahweh, neither he that loves not his brother (1 Yahchanan [John] 3:10).
The evidence that Yahshua is the son of Father Yahweh would be that he done what was righteous.

I'm not sure what answer you are looking for, but I'll try my best:
Mathew 16:16 You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.
Many who believe that Jesus Christ is God have difficulty explaining why he is called the Son of God. Logic suggests that he cannot be both.
The Bible indicates that there was a time when God was alone. In his love he decided to share the gift of life by becoming a father—but not in the human sense. Rather, Jehovah used his unfathomable creative power to form a living, intelligent spirit person—“the beginning of the creation by God,” whom we now know as Jesus Christ. (Revelation 3:14; Proverbs 8:22) Because Jesus was directly created by God when God was all alone, Jesus is rightly called the “only-begotten son” and “the firstborn of all creation.”—John 1:14; Colossians 1:15.
Clearly, then, as the very first of God’s creations, Jesus could not be the Creator, “the only God.” (1 Timothy 1:17) On the other hand, God granted his Son many privileges. For example, through Jesus, God created “all other things,” including even the angels. These angels are referred to as “sons of God”—Jehovah being their Life-Giver as well.—Colossians 1:16; Job 1:6; 38:7.
Revelation 3:14 And to the angel of the congregation in La·o·di·ce′a write: These are the things that the Amen says, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation by God
Proverbs 8:22 Jehovah himself produced me as the beginning of his way, the earliest of his achievements of long ago
Colossians1:16 because by means of him all [other] things were created in the heavens and upon the earth, the things visible and the things invisible, no matter whether they are thrones or lordships or governments or authorities. All [other] things have been created through him and for him.

When Jesus took on flesh and came to earth, He claimed to be God by the things He said and done. That is why the Jewish leaders hated Him so much. They were waiting for a Messiah, but they wanted One who would free them from Roman rule. Jesus came to free man from the power of sin. After He died, He rose from the dead and that was proof that He is God the Son.
Over 500 witnessed the resurrected Jesus.
There are other accounts of His life besides the Bible.
There are many prophecies about Him that have come true.
Either Jesus was the Son of God, a liar or a lunatic.
Evidence points to Him being God the Son!

Jesus (p) never said he was. Jesus (p) was a mighty prophet and messenger of God. thats all. people loved him too much and made him into something he's not. the doctrine doesn't work in your head, to anyone. a child will get confused, so would a learned man. Science and nature systematically disproves this theory, as everything is either unilateral or emphasises the unity of creation. God cannot be 3 of 1, or 1 of 3, as he is only one.
Chapter 111 of the Holy Quran
In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
1. say: He is Allah the one and only
2. Allah, the absolute, the eternal
3. He begets not, nor is He begotten
4. and there is none comparable unto Him.

Jesus owes his life to his Father. At John 6:57, Jesus said: "I live because of the Father." The Theological Dictionary of the New Testament, edited by Gerhard Kittel, says: "[Mo·no·ge·nes'] means 'of sole descent,' i.e., without brothers or sisters." This book also states that at John 1:18; 3:16, 18; and 1 John 4:9, "the relation of Jesus is not just compared to that of an only child to its father. It is the relation of the only-begotten to the Father."
So Jesus, the only-begotten Son, had a beginning to his life. And Almighty God can rightly be called his Begetter, or Father, in the same sense that an earthly father, like Abraham, begets a son. (Hebrews 11:17) Hence, when the Bible speaks of God as the "Father" of Jesus, it means what it says—that they are two separate individuals. God is the senior. Jesus is the junior—in time, position, power, and knowledge.
When one considers that Jesus was not the only spirit son of God created in heaven, it becomes evident why the term "only-begotten Son" was used in his case. Countless other created spirit beings, angels, are also called "sons of God," in the same sense that Adam was, because their life-force originated with Jehovah God, the Fountain, or Source, of life. (Job 38:7; Psalm 36:9; Luke 3:38) But these were all created through the "only-begotten Son," who was the only one directly begotten by God.—Colossians 1:15-17.

Matthew 16:15-17:
15 He said to them: “YOU, though, who do YOU say I am?” 16 In answer Simon Peter said: “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” 17 In response Jesus said to him: “Happy you are, Simon son of Jo´nah, because flesh and blood did not reveal [it] to you, but my Father who is in the heavens did."
Isn't that clear enough?

There's really no empirical evidence. Christians think he is the Son of God because of his infinite wisdom, miraculous acts, unselfish intentions, self proclamation he is the Son of God, and his willingness to die on the cross. Bottom line: it's all based on FAITH.
