Do we tend to prejudge anything and everything that could remotely not be within our rhelm of how we see our little world of logic? Do we all suffer the fixation of thinking we have everything figured out?

How do you explain a broken heart that lasts more than 5 years? (Do you believe it is purely physical.)

How do you explain a person risking their life to save another person? (How illogical is that, yet it happens?)

Do you think survival of the fittest would ever give you a desire to want more than what you can percieve?

One of the most difficult commands Jesus gave us is to love one another as He loves us. The question that immediately arises is: How can I love a cold-blooded murderer? How can I show love to somebody who has harmed me? How can I love child molesters?

In our own strenght this not possible, because human nature clings to the principle an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. How are we then going to love all the above offenders?
Take care

Beauty has the appearance of health so hormones lead our genes in the direction of more suitable mates. But that's evolution talk. If God just gave us hormones to make us happier, why didn't He just make everyone attractive?

Yeah, yeah, we've all heard this about the bin Ladens and the al Zaqawis and their buddies, but I'm not talking about Islam. I'm asking if the people who protest the right of gay people to live their lives as they see fit, the people who complain about feminists and pagans, the people who want prayer in schools and compulsory religious education. Do they hate our freedom to choose to not live the way they want us to?

not that i'm a great believer; but every second moronic "atheist" or non believer seems to want to anger christians... are there no more small animals and insects around for them to torture?

It's simple... don't answer their questions on this forum; and hopefully they will think of alternative groups to torture...

If I screamed out to God to take me out of this usless world will he? Father will take me won't he if I keep asking him to? If I keep telling him that I am too depressed to stay in this lifeless life could he take me out. I heard a true story last weed about this lady whos husband was dying of cancer and she was staying in this motel everynight near the hospital her husbands was in. This Motel was expensice and she could not afford it. She pleaded with God to take her out and that she has had enough. God answered her and took her. Will The Father do that to me too if I aske him to? I have had enough and cannot take any more. It has reached boiling point. And do not say to me I need a councelor, that is usless. Serious answers please.

false prophet stated that GOD wouldn't sacrifice his only Son for our salvation meaning that GOD is not willing to save us. For example if someone that you love involve in an accident and in that critical situation the only way to save him/her is by transplanting your heart, by doing that you are saving your loves one life although you die as a result. The same thing apply to GOD. Because of God massive love towards us He sacrifice his only incarnated son to us so that we have salvation and we could reconcile with GOD

No terrestrial plant life could survive submerged under deep water for a tenth of that time, but after landing on Mount Ararat Noah released the animals to fend for themselves. How did the herbivores survive? And if the carnivores survived by eating the herbivores, how come some herbivores still made it through (even though they had nothing to eat)?
