This seems to imply that God has attributes, and emotions. Likes and dislikes. Distributes favours.
A limitless, Formless Awareness includes all. Humans, animals, fish, fowl, and plants. All of the universe too.
How can such a One accept or reject anything? Is an individual's acceptance or rejection of any consequence to,"I am That I am"?
There is no This or That. There is only Being.

Easy. God accepts all who believe. All Christians were non-believers before they accepted Christ. We haven't all been saved from the womb. (smile)

in the Army I worked for a Major, who told he that He was an atheist, he later became an agnostic, and then became a Christian.
That Major was my Chaplain.
