I am not going to try and say that the Bible is perfect. That's not what you're looking for.

For example, one contradiction is that in John 19:2, the color of the robe that Jesus wore during his trial was purple. In Matthew 27:28, the color is scarlet. A contradiction? Yes.

The gospels were written down a long while after the events, and in some cases they may have been actually put into written form by people who were not witness to the events.

Before one gets wrapped up in the fact that Jesus' trial robe was scarlet or purple, perhaps it is better to focus on the purpose and outcome of the trial. If details like this are going to influence your regard for the Bible, then maybe the message of the Book is not quite so important to you.

The Koran has the most Errors and contradictions compared to any Holy Book .That is why 99.00 % of the people whose book it it is said to be, are NOT allowed to Question such contradictions or errors under Pain of DEATH. Most Muslims have never read the Koran and Blindly follow what is said to be contained and its interprtetation. The Bible on the otherhand is Open to Historical check-ups,and does not threaten to kill or harm any one whose opinion is not idendical to his teacher.

It is a waste of time looking for errors and contradictions in the bible.

The entire book has been heavily redacted, edited, and mistranslated.

Anyone actually believing in it does so based on faith, and cannot be reasoned with.
