So many dumb assumptions from you funny fundies, I have 2 daughters 1 is a midwife, the other returned from working with aids orphans in Africa in November. As I studied CBT and worked as a rape counsellor, and have a beautiful close knit set of family and friends, that's hardly not connecting. To accuse me of being brain dead shows you have the alacrity of thought of a brain dead amoeba. Via whatever, have you ever considered getting your own life instead of following me around and living vicariously through mine?

Honestly? I think Fundamentalist's brains have been so over worked trying to justify the passage's/writings of the bible, and trying to spread what they consider the rights and wrongs of this so false/outdated book, that, I would not want such a confused, bigoted, racist, plain nasty brain. Give me the brain of a child, which has not been touched by the bible or politics, give all of us this, and lets start again without the prejudice/bigotry and hate.....

actually, Mia, I'm not sure I'd agree. In order to wrestle all the overwhelming evidence from Geology, Archaeology, Physics, Genetics etc etc, and still come up with a 6000 year old Earth must take some mental gymnastics! Plus the effort of believing all of the bible, including the all the bits that contradict all the other bits, that must leave the old grey cells pretty exhausted!

Fundamental Christianity simply says this: the Bible is the Word of God. We believe and follow it. Even when society says it is wrong. Although your joke is funny, I doubt very seriously that you understand our culture's definition of "fundie" is in error.
