that there are no plants in heaven too? plants are living things without a soul. If so, then there must be no beutifull garden and stuff. So whats in heaven? an empty space full of people?

Animals DO go to heaven! And no, heaven is not an empty space full of people. The book of heaven shows that there is a tree in the midst of the River of Life. The things in this world are things that will be part of heaven. And of course, animals have souls. I've seen a dog cry. I've seen him fear. I've seen him happy. I've seen him angry. This applies to all kinds of species. I've seen a squirrel chewing out a bird stealing its acorn. What your heart tells you should be a LOGICAL expectation about heaven if it exists is TRUE: animals have souls and are in heaven. And there will be beautiful things to look at. One reason why God made this creation with so much beauty and variety is for the sake that it would be PLEASING to us to look at. God could've given us limited eyesight. Instead he gave us an eye that sees a gamut of color. It's for His good pleasure that we were created according to the Bible. Do you know why Adam had the job of naming the animals? God gave it to him out of love. He was saying, "My son, you tell me what names these all should be called by, and they will be called that." It was a gift. Imagine being there at the first week of Creation with everything fresh and new, with nothing but potential and knowledge ahead, and then God gives YOU the honor of naming everything. God as a Creator never destroys ANYTHING including His creatures that He creates. If you give life to something, why would you EVER want it to cease to exist? You would not!! So your implied oppositon to the idea that animals have no soul is correct! You are right! Of course they have souls. Of course heaven isn't boring, and an empty space. The bible says that our eyes have not seen, nor our ears heard, nor can our minds imagine the good that our Father has stored up for us in heaven. It will be beautiful beyond comparison and it will be a place where pain finally dies and is never resurrected. You will see! You will be there one day, and I am looking forward to meeting you!

Well, it's not just in the Bible, but can be demonstrated scientifically, that mankind is superior to, and qualitatively different from the beasts. Every human being has a Soul; animals, plants, rocks and minerals, do not.
Heaven does not contain material things. Do you really think it's like it is in the movies???
If you want to know more about the nature of Heaven, please read the entire "Divine Comedy" by Dante Alighieri. I do mean this seriously -- it's a beautiful work, and Dante virtually founded the Italian language.

What really amazes me is that people here are saying, with apparent certainty, that there are animals and plants in heaven... ?!? How does anyone know this?

I never have imagined plants in heaven...that's just silly. I visualize God and other saints Ive known. The point of going to heaven is to be with God and be a spirit like God and know what God knows and wait to come back to earth to reign for 1,000 years free of pain, suffering, and evil.

Good question. I read somewhere that animals don't go to heaven because they do not have the ability to choose Jesus as their savior.... or something like that.
Anything's better than Hell though. I'll take the empty space full of people over a burning lake of fire anyday.

Heaven will not have "earthly things". Everything which exists now is impure and incomplete. When we see heaven, we will see pure/complete versions.
The Bible says little about heaven just to keep it interesting, but we get a great glimpse: 'The eye has not seen, the ear not heard, nor the mind concieved the wonders of God.' No matter how great of a place you can conceive, no matter what awesome thing you've seen, no matter what amazing stuff you've heard of . . . it is all garbage comapred to heaven.

ASSUMPTIONS, are not FACT, and that's all people make about animals and everything else in heaven. Heaven is no different than this life EXCEPT for who RUNS it. Here the Devil has reign or things. In heaven, the Lord of Creation runs things. Here life is FINITE, or "ends." In heaven, it is ETERNAL. In other words, most everything is the "opposite" of what it is here in heaven for it is for the good not the "bad."

Your question assumes that souls exist in the first place. The idea of soul basically comes from concepts such as consciousness and emotions.
Both of these concepts are so far explained by Science without help of any supernatural invisible entity inside it.
Hence, conclusion: Souls do not exist.
