All the time I read answers saying:
"Somebody who grew up in the jungle and has never heard about Jesus, will of course go to Heaven! God is just!"

"Aborted fetuses go to heaven, even if they never had the chance to hear the Gospels"

Etc, etc.

In short: the only people that go to Hell are the ones that heard about Jesus and rejected Him. People who have never heard about Jesus don't go to Hell.

Therefore: isn't it pure evil to preach about Jesus? It's forcing people into a choice. If you never had given that person that choice, that person would for sure go to Heaven.

If Jesus saved us from sin, how come people still sin?

Where does sin come from? If God made us all, and God is good, how does sin get into the world?

If all humans have free will, why don’t they choose good instead of evil?

Could Jesus have saved us without dying on the cross? If he died of cancer, would that have saved us?

If Jesus’ Father wanted him to die on the cross, doesn’t that make the Father seem bloodthirsty? Explain.

Question:How do you explain christians who are rude, violent, con artists, greedy, viscious, use drugs, mean spirited, etc.

Answer: They are not real christians

When atheists are asked a similar type of question such as:

"Why do atheists habitually point out flaws in the bible"?

Answer: Atheists don't respond "they are not real atheists".

How are you ever sure anything in your world is real or true? Or is it the faith thing that I'm just not seeming to get?

Can religion be God's enemy?

1. Every day people kill others in the name of religion. From the Crusades to the conflict in the Middle East, it seems that religion can go against everything God is. How can you serve a loving God by killing His children in His name?

2. It seems that instead of uniting us in faith, love of thy neighbor and love of the Lord, religion pulls us apart. These days you can't be just Christian - we classify ourselves into Catholic, Methodist, Baptist, Evangelical etc. Instead of being faithful, we are split into camps, groups, movements that fight with each other for money, donations and power.

3. Have we limited the great concept of God and the Holy scriptures to the narrowest of interpretations just to comprehend them? Is religious dogma doing more harm than good?

I respect people's religious views. This post is in no way meant to put off or insult any faithful, agnostics or atheists. Please do not take offense. I want a civilized discussion. :)

"Graphing activity: When the Graduate Center of the City University of New York conducted an American Religious Identification Survey in 2001, it discovered that about the same number of people said they had joined the LDS Church as said they had left it. The CUNY survey reported the church's net growth was zero percent. By contrast, the study showed both Jehovah's Witnesses and Seventh-Day Adventists with an increase of 11 percent.

'Because membership statistics are prepared and reported differently by various religious groups, the LDS Church does not publish comparisons of total membership to other faiths,' said LDS spokesman Dale Bills on Friday. "

Extraterrestrials have been imagined for at least 2300 years, if not longer. Epicurus wrote to Herodotus in 300 BCE proposing there could be "infinite worlds both like and unlike this world of ours", even ones inhabited by "living creatures and plants and other things we see in this world"

What say you?

In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.

The same did Abraham enjoin upon his sons, - and Jacob also - saying, 'O my sons, truly God has chosen this religion for you; so let not death overtake you except when you are in a state of complete submission.'

Were you present when death came to Jacob, when he said to his sons. 'What will you worship after me?' They answered, 'We will worship thy God, the God of thy fathers, Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac, the One God; and to Him we submit ourselves.'

Say ye, 'We believe in God and what has been revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob and his children, and what was given to Moses and Jesus, and what was given to all other Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them; and to Him we submit ourselves.'

And We gave him Isaac and Jacob; each did We guide aright, and Noah did We guide aright aforetime, and of his progeny, David and Solomon and Job and Joseph and Moses and Aaron. Thus do We reward those who do good.

And his wife was standing by and she too was frightened, whereupon to assure her we gave her glad tidings of birth of Isaac, and, after Isaac, of Jacob.

'And thus, as thou hast seen, thy Lord shall choose thee and teach thee the interpretations of things divine and perfect His favour upon thee and upon the family of Jacob as He perfected it upon thy two forefathers - Abraham and Isaac. Verily, thy Lord is All-Knowing, Wise.'

And remember Our servants Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, men of might and vision.

'And I have followed the religion of my fathers - Abraham and Isaac and Jacob. It behoves us not to associate anything as partner with God. This is of God's grace upon us and upon mankind, but most men are ungrateful;

And We bestowed on him Isaac and Jacob, and We placed Prophethood and the Book among his descendants, and We gave him his reward in this life, and in the Hereafter he will, surely, be among the righteous.

Muhammad is the Messenger of God. And those who are with him are hard against the disbelievers but tender among themselves. Thou seest them bowing and prostrating themselves in Prayer, seeking God's grace and pleasure. Their marks are upon their faces, being the traces of prostrations. This is their description in the Torah. And their description in the Gospel is like unto a seed-produce that sends forth its sprout, then makes it strong; it then becomes stout, and stands firm on its stem, delighting the sowers - That He may cause the disbelievers to boil with rage at the sight of them. Allah has promised, unto those of them, who believe and do good works, forgiveness and a great reward.

Does it bother you that much of the stories of the bible are found in parallel Koranic texts (eg. the stories of Abraham, Noah, Moses and *JESUS*)?

Or do some prefer ignorance?

I asked a question earlier about God and recieved about 30 different answers as to how to worship and serve him. How can this be? There is but one God and the same road to him one would think would be universal.
