I heard of this blasphemy challenge thing and was wondering if there is a thing against it from the christian point of veiw? and to counter the rational response squad?

Matthew 12:31 says

The blasphemy seeks to get people to blaspheme the Holy Spirit on video and to post it based on the above verse.
